Michael Cufaro
Founder and Managing Partner

Michael has over 25 years experience in Talent Development and Training. He has worked in management positions for SkillSoft, GP Strategies and the Apollo Education Group.  He has also led the training organizations of McKesson, First Data Corporation and Underwriters Laboratories. Michael's focus is on working with companies to help them build learning strategies, organizations and solutions that are accountable for achieving business results. 

Barbara McKnight
Senior Performance Consultant

Barbara believes that everyone deserves to learn and grow. She has spent her career helping companies provide learning opportunities to their employees.  She has over 20 years experience in learning across Mortgage Banking, Information Technology, Healthcare and Education. Barbara is certified by Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard, Predictive Index, DDI, and Korn Ferry/Lominger Voices 360.

Kim Brundidge
Senior Performance

Kim Brundidge is an accomplished learning design and development professional with more than 20 years’ experience providing solutions for corporate, non-profit, and government organizations. As a long-time consultant, she has proven herself adept at analyzing and communicating training needs, determining effective training strategies and delivery systems, and establishing curriculum development processes and procedures. 

Kim has provided learning and performance support solutions for leaders of a broad range of industries including Healthcare, Retail, Marketing, Communications, and Manufacturing (Georgia Pacific). Her expertise covers both soft skills (sales techniques, customer service, supervision) and technical topics (insurance payment optimization, supply chain management, kitchen design). She is a passionate problem solver, effective interviewer, and has an eye for good visual design. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and is certified in Learning Design, eLearning Design, and Microlearning.

Marian Gigliotti
Senior Performance Consultant

Marian has over 28 years experience specializing in organizational and leadership development including strategic planning, change management, team building, customized curriculum development, training, and coaching.  She is an accomplished facilitator, both academically and in business, having taught at Penn State, Neumann College and the University of Phoenix, as well as having taught for manufacturing, healthcare, IT, telecom and biotech companies.  Marian has a Master's of Science degree in Biochemistry and Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from the University of Scranton.

Rodney Sprauve
Senior Performance Consultant

Rod has more than 30 years of professional experience in business leadership development through project planning and implementation, professional development training, team building, and communications. 

He is responsible for designing and facilitating professional development seminars for corporations and municipalities around the country on a range of subjects including project management and implementation, organizational change management, effective business communication, conflict resolution, and professional productivity. Rod’s workshops are always designed around “the story, the teaching and the tools”- understanding the importance of offering adult learners a comprehensive, interactive learning experience. 

He is a professional photographer/videographer, and voice over talent with his own production studio ( Rod uses these skill sets to offer clients innovative digital visual and audio solutions for e-learning, corporate narration, and explainer videos—providing clients a full range of options for their professional learning portfolios. 

Rod has also been a restorative justice professional since the mid-1990s, consulting and working for a variety of jurisdictions in developing and managing Accountability Courts and Alternative to Incarceration programs. 

Rod holds degrees in Mass Communications and a Juris Doctorate.

Ken Laubaugh
Senior Performance Consultant

Ken has over 20 years experience in organizational training and workforce development. His focus has been on training design, development and delivery utilizing all forms of training media. Ken worked with the Apollo Education Group, Sedona Learning Solutions the Cerner Corporation in various management and training roles. Ken has extensive experience developing training and education solutions in the healthcare industry with a deep knowledge of the Cerner and Meditech suite of healthcare IT solutions amongst others. Ken led the Curriculum Design and Development team at Sedona Learning and provided project management for education implementations in a number of hospitals across the United States. At Cerner Corp., Ken was responsible for facilitating client Learning Plan Development Workshops, leading end-user documentation development and training projects. He led the design, development, and implementation of Cerner’s standard technology-based learning tools, which include WBTs and virtual courses. Ken also led Cerner’s CPOE implementations in domestic and international based healthcare systems.Ken is a graduate of Utah State University with a Masters in Instructional Technology.

Kathryn Garcia
Senior Performance Consultant

Kathryn gained her initial leadership and managerial experience over 20 years with Kaiser Permanente. She has taught for over 19 years with the University of Phoenix and The Apollo Education Group.  Kathryn specializes in lean principles and organizational change.  Kathryn holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Berkley and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Cal State University.  She is a DISC certified instructor.

Alexis-Hendricks Tharp
Senior Performance Consultant

Alexis is a proven leader, consultant, coach, mentor, and facilitator who is passionate about leadership development and optimizing organizational engagement. She has over 20 years’ experience working in leadership and assessments. She is a masterful facilitator who elicits engagement and results from those who are fortunate enough to experience her instructional skills. Alexis received her MAED in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix. She has certifications in Performance Consulting, Coaching, Situational Leadership, Frontline Leadership, Lap Coach, Diversity and Inclusion, Emergenetics, DISC and DDI.
